This little girls' room was terribly affected by a house fire. No one was hurt, thankfully, but not much of her belongings were salvageable. We were proud to be on-site for this family, restoring their home, and putting them back together.

This is what happened to pictures hung on a wall during a house fire. In some cases, the documents or photos can be salvaged by SERVPRO specialists, but not in all fires. Luckily for this home owner, the document was saved.

This house was affected by hot water dripping from a bathroom sink. What you are seeing in this photo is water droplets that have formed on the ceiling from the steam! We often extract water from floor surfaces, but not too often we extract water from ceilings. 

This home was a water loss that the home owner was very concerned with her hard wood floors. In this situation we are able to lay rescue mats on the floor to save the damaged flooring. These mats are to stay on the floor, and either extract moist air, or push air into the floor. These mats stayed down for 3 days, and left the home owner with her original flooring, which she was ecstatic!

This was a water damage that was under carpet. Upon first glance, you couldn't even tell. Have you ever got your carpet wet and it took a couple days if not longer to dry? This is why. It can seep down all the way to the sub floor, and unless you remove the carpet and carpet pad, you may not dry the entirety. Exterior walls that are not well insulated, and have contents set up against them can begin to mold. What happens is there is not much air space, or air flow, and moisture builds up. We recommend setting couches and interior contents with space between them and exterior walls, so this possibility is minimized.
