We Do Structural Upgrades!

This was a commercial building that suffered a water damage. Due to the severity of the damage, the underlayment began to warp and crown, causing a safety concern.

Upon removing the carpet, weak particle board subfloor was also discovered. 

We worked closely with the claims adjuster and explained the reason for the warping. We upgraded this customer to a high grade plywood subfloor, for stronger structural integrity so if this happens again for any reason, the subfloor can withstand the damages.

This project included 10 offices, a gym, a waiting room, break room, doctors room and copy room. 

When the staff leaves during the day, they return the next day to work uninturrupted in the same area, with a completely new floor!
