Hot Water Heater

This is the before and after of a loss that started as a water damage, but was not mitigated in a timely manner, so secondary damages were caused. In water damage situations, it is very important you act quickly to prevent this type of secondary damages, like mold. Here we had a hot water heater that began to leak, and it went unnoticed for quite some time. We were onsite to help out this home owner, and he was very happy with our efforts. In the before photo you can see the mold beginning to take over, and the damage actually was more severe.
