Remediation Demolition

This before and after photo set shows what we as SERVPRO professionals do on a daily basis. This shows the remediation demolition stage of a mold job, which is usually before the dry out begins. Because mold is a potentially hazardous material, we take great precaution to remove and properly dispose of all affected materials, and that is why the drywall and flooring was removed from this kitchen. After this phase of remediation; which includes wiping down ALL surfaces including containments twice, we move on to thoroughly drying the remaining materials and structure. Finally, we have final mold testing performed by industrial hygienists to give the final clearance that all mold has been remediated.
